Pressure cleaning website design in Australia
Short answer: a pressure cleaning website from me costs $1,500–$5,000 AUD, is live in 7 days, and includes the instant-quote calculator, automated SMS and email follow-up, review requests, and suburb-level pages, on a site you own outright, with no monthly retainer to me. The problem with most pressure cleaning websites
Most tradie websites, including most of the ones agencies charge $3,000+ for, are digital business cards. They look fine, they list your services, and then they sit there. Meanwhile the things that actually cost you jobs keep happening: the 8pm enquiry that doesn't get answered until tomorrow morning, by which point the homeowner has booked someone else. The quote request that goes into a notebook, then gets forgotten after a long day on the wand. The $400 a month going to hipages for shared leads that two other cleaners got at the same time.
The website isn't the problem: what it doesn't do is. This page is the fix, and everything described here is running live, calculator included.
What you get: the whole system, not just a website
Every build ships with the same six pieces, priced off the calculator below: a house wash at $350 is the yardstick, so you can do the value maths yourself:
- Instant-quote calculator. Visitors tick services, type an area, get a real ballpark in 30 seconds, and hand over their details at peak intent. One recovered job covers it: a single extra house wash a month is $350 you didn't have.
- A lead pipeline, not a notebook. Every enquiry lands in one CRM pipeline with its source and quote value: who quoted, who booked, who went cold, visible from the cab of the truck.
- 60-second follow-up. The moment someone asks for a quote, an SMS and email go out automatically. The 8pm lead gets answered at 8:01pm. This is the difference between a website and a funnel, and what you're really paying for.
- Review automation. When you mark a job done, the customer gets a Google review request without you touching anything. Your Google Business Profile compounds while you work.
- Suburb-level pages. "Pressure cleaning Albury" beats a generic homepage in local search: how you get found without paying per lead.
- You own it. Domain in your name, site files in your hands, CRM account in your name. Compare that to an agency site that vanishes the month you stop paying their $249/mo retainer.
Try the calculator: it's live, right here
This is the same pricing logic I wire into client funnels, and it's running on this page right now. It's also hand-coded: right-click anywhere and hit View source. The whole calculator is a few lines of plain JavaScript. That's the point.

Proof it's not theory: two real businesses
DJ Property & Cleaning Services, Albury–Wodonga NSW/VIC, my family's pressure cleaning business. I built the entire system from scratch: funnel, workflows, pipelines, review automation, because I was tired of watching leads slip through the cracks while my parents were on the job. It now runs the business's front office: every enquiry gets an instant answer even at 8pm, every quote gets followed up until it books or declines, and every finished job gets asked for a review. We're a family trade business, not an analytics shop, so I won't quote you lead counts: the system answering the phone is the proof. You can see the full case study on my homepage.
Melbourne High Pressure Cleaning, San Remo & greater Melbourne. A complete rebrand and funnel build with a light cyan/blue aesthetic, proving the same system works across markets and brand identities, not just one lucky design. It was collecting enquiries within days of going live and has kept collecting them since, each one answered instantly and followed up automatically. Second case study here.
Honest pricing, and what the alternatives cost
Here's the whole menu, so you can sanity-check me against anyone else quoting you:
| Option | Upfront | Ongoing | The catch |
|---|---|---|---|
| DIY (Wix, Squarespace) | $0–$400 | $20–$45/mo + domain | You pay with your weekends. No follow-up, no pipeline, and the quote form just sends an email. |
| Freelancer template | $400–$1,500 | ~$50–$150/yr hosting | Looks professional, still a business card. Same lead losses, nicer font. |
| Funnel build (this page) | $1,500–$5,000 | CRM from ~$150/mo. No retainer to me. | Requires you to actually answer the pipeline. That's it. |
| Agency custom | $3,000–$8,000+ | Retainers around $249/mo are common | Quality varies wildly, many reskin the same template, and you rent the result. |
| hipages / lead marketplaces | Free to join | Pay per lead, every month, forever | The same lead goes to your competitors. You're renting attention you never own. |
Where you land in that range depends on scope: suburb page count, rebrand, copywriting. The audit call ends with a fixed number in writing before you pay anything. Full breakdown: Pressure Washing Website Cost in Australia (2026).
What does it cost to run each month?
Once it's live: the CRM platform (GoHighLevel, roughly $150/mo AUD, less annually), your domain (~$20/yr), and a few dollars of SMS credits. No retainer to me: I don't rent you your own website. Agencies commonly charge $80–$150/hr for edits; you get a walkthrough video and the files, so anyone can do them, or I can, at a rate you know up front.
Who owns the website?
You do: press any builder on this before signing. The domain is registered in your name, the files are yours, the GoHighLevel account runs on your card. If we part ways, everything stays with you, handover video included. If a builder's answer to "who owns it?" is fuzzy, that fuzziness is the business model.
I already have a website: do I lose it?
No. Your domain gets pointed at the new site: an afternoon's job, and nothing goes offline until you've tested the new one on your phone. Pages Google already knows are redirected so you keep that history. Your Google reviews and Business Profile carry over untouched: they're attached to your business, not your old website.
What happens if I cancel?
There's no contract: you own the site outright from day one. The only thing that stops if you stop paying is the CRM subscription (between you and GoHighLevel); the calculator even works standalone without it. Compare with an agency build: stop the $249/mo retainer and the site, sometimes the domain too, is gone. Ask them before you sign.
Why hand-coded
This page is the demo: one HTML file, one shared CSS file, a few lines of plain JavaScript: no WordPress, no page builder, no framework. Smaller than the header image on most template sites, which is why it loads fast on a phone in a driveway with one bar of reception. Don't take my word for it: right-click and hit View source. What you see is the whole thing.
The 7-day build
- Day 1: Kickoff call (30 minutes). You send your price list, logo, and 5–10 before/after photos: phone shots are fine, the transformation sells.
- Day 2: Copy for your approval. Headlines, service descriptions, your calculator pricing. Nothing gets built until you've signed off on the words.
- Days 3–5: The build. Site, calculator, suburb pages, mobile pass. You get a private link to watch it come together.
- Day 6: The wiring. Pipeline, 60-second SMS/email follow-up, review requests. You test it yourself: fill in the form on your phone, watch the lead land.
- Day 7: Launch and handover. Domain switched, everything live, plus a walkthrough video you can keep forever.

Questions owners ask me
How long does it take?
Seven days from the kickoff call, fixed: the process above is the whole process. Delays almost always come from one thing: the copy approval sitting in your inbox. Turn that around same-day and day 7 is launch day.
Do I have to use GoHighLevel?
The automation: pipeline, follow-up SMS, review requests, runs on GoHighLevel, and the calculator is built to drop leads straight into it. If you'd rather keep a different CRM, the site itself is portable; the automation would need rewiring, which we can quote separately. Most owners just start on GHL since the platform cost is already factored in.
Will it actually work on phones?
Designed for a phone first: over half your visitors will be standing in a driveway holding one. Every build gets tested at small-screen sizes before launch, and you're holding the proof: this page, on your phone, right now.
What if I get no leads after launch?
We find out why instead of guessing: the analytics show where visitors come from and where they drop off, and the audit includes a 30-day check-in to tune it. If the maths doesn't work for your market, I'll tell you that on the call, before you pay anything.
Do you only build for pressure cleaning?
Pressure cleaning is my niche: I know the services, the seasonality, and the hipages problem from the inside, because it's the family trade. The same system ports to other one-person trade businesses (the Melbourne build is the same system in a different skin), but if your business is far outside that world I'll say so and point you to someone better suited.
